One day training to Vet Practitioners was organized in collaboration with respective District Livestock Service Office. The workshop was a joint effort of BCN Staff and Office Chief of respective DLSO, supported by USAID funded Hariyo Ban Program. The objective of this training was to train the participants on status of vultures in Nepal, their ecological role in cleaning environment, history and causes of vulture decline and highlighting the roles of vet practitioners to conserve vultures. The major theme of the training was NO DICLOFENAC, YES VULTURE, ensuring that all the participants are committed towards never using diclofenac in cattle treatement.
