Members of vulture team Anand Chaudhary (VCO), Surya Paudel (VO), Bhupal Nepali (FO), Khadananda Paudel (FB), Ishwori Chaudhary (VFT), Hirulal Dangora (MEA) and Jit Bahadur Yadav (CSO, JRMC-Gaidatal) actively participated on a team building workshop at Dhampus Kaski on 25th and 26th May, 2010. Dhampus is a famous destination for scenic beauty, trekking and traditional cultural display. Bhupal Nepali and Anand Chaudhary presented on various facets of team building concept and attitude development as well as coordinated for inspiring games to highlight on value team strength. The team also joined for a short trek and bird watching. The multi day team building retreats has assisted the vulture team in becoming cohesive unit of individuals that can effectively work together to complete tasks. And also benefited for practicing effective collaboration among team members and getting everyone "onto the same page" for the common goal of vulture conservation.
