Results of Bird Photography Competition were announced on 31 August 2012 on the occasion of 4thInternational Vulture Awareness Day at National Academy of Fine Arts, Naxal. Mr. Susheel Shrestha, Mr. Seejan Gyawali and Mr. Yatra Thulung won first, second and third prize respectively.

Altogether 31 participants submitted 108 photos for the competition, among which, 48 photos of were selected for the exhibition. Mr. Hira Lal Dangol, senior artist, Chief Guest of the programme distributed certificate and prize Rs. 15,000, Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 5,000 for first, second and third prize winners respectively. He also inaugurated photo exhibition and it lasted for two days.

Almost 300 visitors visited an exhibition and stall of BCN.
