Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN), the BirdLife International Partner in Nepal, is seeking applications from qualified Nepali candidates for the position of Programme Associate.

Job title            : Programme Associate

Reports to          : CEO

Duration             : One year with the possibility of extension on a contract basis

Working Area: Primarily head office based in Kathmandu

Main Responsibilities:

The incumbent should serve as the focal point for the Bird-Friendly Neighbourhood intervention and disseminates the updates with BCN, group members and related partners.

Required skills and education:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or any other relevant subjects. Ability to work under pressure. Good command of both English and Nepali languages and familiar with standard computer software. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: As per BCN rule
