JATAYU RESEARCH GRANT 2024

Amount of each Grant: Rs. 35,000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand only)

Nature of Grant: The Jatayu Research grant will support Bachelors’ and Masters’ students in Forestry, Zoology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management and other related fields who are undertaking research as partial fulfilment of their degree as required by their academic programme. This will primarily cover literature review, field expenses, communications and printing costs. Expenses for participation in trainings/conferences, equipment purchase will not be supported. Besides direct funding, a team of experts from BCN (and international) will be on hand for technical backstopping of your research work. Scholarship winners will also be invited to relevant training organized by BCN and its partner organizations.

You need to submit a brief bio data, cover letter and a short proposal (maximum 2 page with background, objectives, methodology, budget and work plan)
