Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN) conducted Inter inter-school drawing competition on the occasion of the 15th IVAD at Ranibari Biodiversity Conservation Learning Center. The program began with the talk session presented by Ankit Bilash Joshi, Vulture Conservation Manager, BCN, providing insights on vulture conservation efforts and awareness activities in Nepal. The event was followed by a drawing competition among 20 students of grades six to eight from ten schools in Kathmandu Valley on the theme "Save Vulture, Save Environment". Yubani Singh from Vinayak Shanti Niketan School, Lajima Limbu from Lalitpur Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Crystal Kawadi from Nawaratna English Boarding School and Shreya Pariyar from Hilary English High School became 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. We are thankful to the jury members: Meena Dangol, bird artist from Dangol's Bird Art Gallery; Santosh Bikram Sah, president of Ranibari Community Forest and Prof. Karan Bahadur Sah, president of BCN for their comprehensive evaluation of arts prepared by students. BCN extends gratitude to all the participating schools and making the successful IVAD celebration.
